A go-to odor spray for fabric seating.
This 16-ounce Zero Odor spray is marketed for both hard and soft surfaces, including fabrics and carpet. The fabric-chair use is the part that stood out to me.

Fabric use and care
How to use on fabric
The manufacturer instructs users to spray 4 to 8 times and pre-test fabrics and carpet for colorfastness and water staining. If an odor is deeply embedded, it says additional applications may be needed. Do not apply directly to people or pets.
Spot-test first
Textiles differ in dyes, coatings and care requirements, so the label's surface claim is not a guarantee for every material. Check the fabric-care label, test an inconspicuous spot, and follow the current product instructions before treating a chair or sofa.
